My Story

Many years ago, I found myself suffering through many sleepless nights. It seemed like I had it all—a wonderful family, a great job as the director of a high tech company, and an exciting life traveling around the globe. Yet, I wasn’t happy.

Today, I believe the sleepless nights were my body’s way of telling me to wake up to a new way of living. Fundamentally, I needed to move away from external definitions of success toward inner alignment. I began exploring meditation and yoga. I practiced gratitude and acceptance. I learned to ask, “What wants to happen? What is possible beyond my limited view?”

In seeking soul satisfying work I found coaching, marrying my business and leadership experience with my passion for people.

I’m still practicing awareness and alignment, learning new tools, and delightfully supporting my clients to realize their own definition of success and satisfaction.
